Our first FPA Challenge Day was held on 26th & 27th of March 2022 - and we got to see just what our Game Changers are made of.
Here's a sneak peek into what went down that weekend:
What is Challenge Day?
Challenge Day is a day of assessments, to gather data on how our Game Changers are performing as individuals. The kids go through a series of challenges, design to test kids' skills such as speed, accuracy, agility, and more.
How Are The Performance Metrics Measured?
We use our innovative Light Training Technology to gather real data to the millisecond, to ensure unerring accuracy and tracking. Our modules are designed around this technology, and also feature more traditional methods of performance tracking for a holistic view of performance.
Why Do Challenge Day?
Like you, we want to know that our kids are making good progress and are improving as they should as they come to class week to week. So, these Challenge Days will give us real data and objective results to work with, besides the more subjective impressions of discipline, sportsmanship, perseverance, and so on.
How Often Does Challenge Day Happen?
